She was born in Chelsea on June 9, 1927, the daughter of the late Felix and Julia (Pajak) Szymanski and had resided there most of her life before moving to Peabody 6 years ago.
She had been a legal secretary first with an appraisal firm in Boston and later for many years with the law firms of Visraum and Ronchio and later Krezwicki and Kreswic in Chelsea for 30 years prior to her retirement.
She had been an active member of St. Stanislaus Church in Chelsea for many years.
Surviving her besides her husband are 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Dee Falta of Saugus and Stephen and Diane Falta of Peabody, two daughters and a son-in-law, Susan and William Dixon and Catherine Ruggiero all of Peabody, a brother, Theodore Szymanski of Woburn, 7 grandchildren , great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility. Her Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Adelaide’s Church, Lowell St., West Peabody at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzhiemer’s Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472 in her memory.
