Janice T. Galla- Of Malden, July 22nd. Devoted daughter of John S. and Josephine T (Bova) Galla. Beloved sister of Maureen Jones of Malden and John M. Galla and his wife Marlene of Methuen. Cherished aunt of Jennifer and Michael Galla of Methuen. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem Street (Maplewood Square), Malden on Friday, July 25th at 10 AM with the Rev. David M. Horst, First Parish of Malden Universalist, officiating. Visiting Hours will be held in the Carroll Funeral Home on Thursday from 5-7 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, West Peabody.
Born in Boston and a member of the Malden community for over 40 years, Janice at 55 years of age, passed away at home Tuesday morning after a long illness. Prior to her illness, Janice worked for a number of years as a receptionist at MMA Financial in Boston.
