Margaret Ann "Peggy" Atkins- Of Haverhill, formerly of Chelsea, on August 24, Beloved daughter of Mary (Glynn) Atkins of Chelsea and the late Henry J. Atkins. Loving mother of Ronald Belanger of Andover, Lauren Belanger of Haverhill, Leanne Belanger of Malden and Kristie Belanger of Haverhill. Dear sister and sister in law of Donna Lee Jordan of Newton NH, John "Skip" and Dede Atkins of Chelsea, Cynthia and Michael Twomey, Thomas G. and Karen Atkins all of Andover. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend the Funeral from the Frank A. Welsh & Son's Funeral Home 718 Broadway Chelsea on Wednesday, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway Chelsea. (time to be announced) Services will conclude with Interment in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody Visiting hours will be held at the Welsh Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8 P.M.
