   Teresa A. "Terry" (Muise) Noone, of Melrose, formerly of Peabody, died at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at the age of 47.

Terry was born and raised in Melrose and a graduate of Melrose High School, Class of 1979. She went on to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State College, Class of 1983.

Terry was the owner of a Day Care Center for many years; she also worked as a teacher for the Melrose Nursery & Day School for several years and records management for North Shore Orthopedics in Danvers. Terry was a gifted handwriter, working as a personal handwriter for Amergent Marketing Company.

She was an member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Lynnfield for many years and a den mother for the Cub Scouts for several years. Terry was very active in fund-raising for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and loved children and photography. She enjoyed traveling to Aruba, Florida, Cape Cod, Italy, Nova Scotia and Hawaii.

Terry was the devoted daughter of Leo P. Sr. and Jeanne (Melanson) Muise of Melrose. Terry was predeceased by her late husband John Noone. Loving mother of Jordan J. Noone. Fiance of Jeffrey Pullen and his children, Janelle and Jocelyn Pullen of Melrose. Caring sister of Leo Muise Jr. and his wife Jannalee of New Hampshire, James Muise and his wife Linda of Melrose, Lauretta Sherman and her husband Warren of Peabody and Steven Muise and his wife Debby of Maine. Sister-in-law of George Noone and his wife Linda of Townsend and Joan Barber of Lynn. Daughter-in-law of Alva Noone of Townsend. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral from the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose, on Wednesday, July 23, at 8:45 a.m. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 758 Salem St., Lynnfield, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial in Puritan lawn Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Terry's memory to Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265; or Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
