Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Educational Foundation


 

In 1997, the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Educational Foundation was established to provide direct financial aid to students who might otherwise be overlooked when seeking college education assistance. The Foundation awarded its first scholarships in May 1999.

Krista M. Florio

A Revere High School graduate, Krista will be attending Emerson College and majoring in broadcast journalism.  Her many activities and community services include: Class Secretary 2005 Yearbook Editor-in- Chief, Investment Club, Newspaper, Aids Walk, Cancer Walk, Senior-Citizen Prom, and delivering Easter baskets to the Battered Women’s Shelter.


Kristin M. Whitty

Also a Revere High School graduate, Kristin will be attending Salem State College and majoring in nursing.  Her school activities include soccer, indoor track, outdoor track, powder puff, and student council.

 

Jennifer M. Ingemi

Jennifer is a graduate of Salem High School, and is planning to major in nursing.  She participated in softball, girls football, indoor softball, and cheerleading.  Jennifer volunteered as a student mentor, freshman assistant, and assisted the school nurse.


Miles C. Bush

A Lynnfield High School graduate, Miles plans to attend Bentley College and major in Business Management.  He played basketball and tennis.  Miles was a Parish Sunday School Teacher, worked with the church group on an outreach program to provide meals for the homeless, and prepared holiday dinners for the homeless.
